  • We understand the importance of privacy! While this program takes place in a cohort setting, it remains an individual journey. You'll never have to share with the whole group. There are moments where you'll be paired with another participant to discuss prompts from the facilitator, but how much you choose to share is always up to you. Plus, most of the deeper work happens on your own, outside of sessions, where you have the tools to make meaningful changes privately.

  • Whether you're struggling at the bottom of the cliff with suicidal thoughts, or standing at the top just figuring out how to start running again, we have a program for you. Results vary based on your personal goals, which we establish in the first session. Your goal could be anything from "feeling confident in who I am," to "being more present with my family," or "overcoming daily mental health struggles." Once we identify your desired outcome, we work to clear the mental blocks

  • Our programs are inspired by the groundbreaking research of Dr. Caroline Leaf and Dr. Daniel Amen. We incorporate insights from a variety of psychological approaches, including psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories, ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, and more. In addition, our methods include mentoring, advisory services, and coaching. We aim for long-term brain and behaviour changes that improve emotional health and intelligence.

  • Absolutely. Whether you've been living with long-term depression that keeps you in bed, or you’re managing the daily burden while pushing through, our program can help. We aim to address the root causes of depression, creating lasting, positive change. Our founder, Rico Gomez, is deeply passionate about mental health after overcoming his own struggles with chronic anxiety and depression.
